Monthly Workshops
Workshops are designed for all-levels. The beginner gets a taste of belly dancing with the basic fundamental movements and the more advance student will learn complex combinations. Workshops are two hours from 10 am - 12 pm and cost $25.00 each. Students must pre-register by the Wednesday before the workshop. Workshop location:

Start the new year off right! Add some shimmy to your walk & some sizzle to your shimmy! Learn how to gain more control over your shimmies while you isolate, layer & travel. Learn various types of shimmies including; rotation shimmy, vibration shimmy, the ¾ shimmy, & the Afro shimmy. Work up a sweat and have some fun.

Uncover the mystique of the veil! Learn veil technique which will include; barrel turns, forward and backward neck transfers, one handed veil tricks, the 'helicopter' move varied turns and spins. Bring or borrow a veil.

Exciting, exhilarating, and enjoyable! This spicy drum routine will challenge your coordination and refine your isolations. Emphasis will be placed on timing, accents, and syncopated rhythms and movement.

Illuminating Isolations
Improve your range and flexibility as we concentrate on isolating the arms, ribcage, and hips. Attention will be placed on linear and circular ribcage and hip movements and will include shimmy drills which will increase in difficulty as we layer movements.
